Robots That Vacuum and Mop
Robots that vacuum and mop provide the convenience of cleaning dry debris (dust dirt) and wet mess (spills or stains) in one session without the need to change devices. They also can save storage space compared to having two separate units, especially in smaller living spaces.

websites will provide excellent navigation and obstacles avoidance. Look for models that have docks that allow them to automatically empty their bins, fill their water tanks and machine-wash the mopping pads.
1. Eufy S1 Pro
It has a lot to offer for its relatively affordable price and is one of the most simple robots we've tested to set up. Unpacking the S1 Pro is simple, and an easy-to-follow guide will have you up and running with a clean, complete dust bag, hard floor solution and water tank in no time.
The S1 Pro is an incredibly powerful machine that can vacuum and mop well. Its mops spin at high speeds and exert 2.2 pounds (1kg) of force, allowing for quick removal of dirt, pet hair and dried sticky spills. The vacuum cleaner has four power settings, a variety of attachments and brushes and an intuitive app that lets you choose the kind of cleaning you'd like to do for each room.
For instance, you can choose to have the robot take care of a thorough clean-up in the kitchen and living rooms but be careful with the spare bedroom. The S1 Pro's front collision sensors and its smart navigation technology are excellent too as the robot is capable of detecting small obstacles that other models struggle with. The only problem is that the robot tends to crash into walls and objects at a high speed. However looking at the history of cleaning in the app will reveal exactly what the robot has done, where it is traveling, and what obstacles he has run into or avoided.
The docking station comes with a handy LCD screen that shows when maintenance is needed, such as emptying debris and rinsing the water tank that is dirty. It can also mix detergent into the water tank automatically with a 600ml of eufy solution.
Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop are able to run for a long time, with the mop capable of running for up to 184 minutes in quiet mode, and the vacuum capable of running for 136 minutes in normal mode before needing to recharge or return to the base to refill. The app is simple to use and intuitive that lets you view all the details of the cleaning.
2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the most recent version of the company's most popular robot mop and vacuum. It's not like the model from last year this one has two agitators in its mopping pad, which significantly enhances its carpet cleaning capabilities. The S8 Pro Ultra also has an improved suction capacity, allowing it to remove small hairs and other debris that other robotic cleaners may miss.
Like the two other Roborock models I've tried, this one has reactive 3D obstacle avoidance and infrared technology that helps it avoid furniture, walls and other obstacles. The S8 Pro Ultra goes one step further by incorporating dual cameras that can detect objects, and determine if they are walls or other surfaces. It can then automatically change its direction and clean them without missing a beat.
This is the most expensive of the three models I've reviewed however, it's also the most loaded with features. Its sleek, angular design is striking and only has three physical buttons which include the power button which also resumes cleaning; a mop button that doubles as a child lock and a home button to bring the robot back to its dock. The hinged lid can be opened to reveal a 350ml trash bin and 200ml tank of water. The water tank self-empties and the bin is auto-filling.
The only negative I discovered with this model was that the VibraRise mop pad mount is not removable. You can change the mopping cloth if needed, but it's difficult to remove the mount for manual washing. I've observed that any soft carpet the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and could cause abrasions.
The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a variety of intelligent features including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can configure and manage these using the Roborock app which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings and monitor the battery life and maintain your components. You'll have to go through a series of steps to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame, considering how efficient it is otherwise.
3. Dreame X40
The Dreame X40 robot vacuum and mop is a market leader with innovative features, superior suction power and advanced mowing abilities. Its clever design permits customized and efficient cleaning while saving you time.
The X40 robot vacuum cleaner is the first to offer 12,000 Pascals cleaning power. It is among the most powerful choices available. This powerful vacuum cleans up the dry mess, which includes pet hair and crumbs. It also comes with a high-quality mop that leaves hard floors spotlessly clean, even without a wet pad. The X40 is also very quiet while in use with only occasional bursts during modes changes or self-maintenance.
Another standout feature is the X40's extendable and liftable side brushes, which allows it to get into difficult-to-access corners as well as clean curved furniture like table and chairs' legs. It can also get under low-profile furnishings, making it an excellent option for apartments with small spaces or condos. The side brush tilts automatically down when it detects wet spots. This is a nice feature that allows the X40 to prevent damage to floors from repeated back-and-forth movements.
Contrary to other robots which solely focus on one task, the X40 can do both vacuuming and mopping at the same time or separately. It can be programmed to mop only the hard floors and not skip carpeted areas, and vice versa. It can be controlled using the Dreame App or Alexa, Siri, or Google Home to ensure that voice-controlled operations are smooth and easy.
The app is simple to use and understand and the X40 has many smart features that are simple to set up. Users can program the X40 for cleaning at specific times. It is also possible to alter suction power, switch modes, look at floor plans and maps and manage mopping settings. The X40 can also monitor its progress and notify you when it's finished.
The X40 is easy to clean and has numerous features that make it a perfect option for busy families. The docking station automatically empty the trash bin into a 3.2 L bin, washes mop pads and refills them with clean water and cleaning solution. It can also detect the moment when the mop pad is at its capacity to the max and notify you of the situation before it spills.
4. L20 Ultra
The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models available. It has a number of features that make it stand out. The mops are equipped with a new feature called Smart DuoScrub. It uses two high-speed mops to scrub floors more thoroughly than the conventional method, and has an impressive suction power of 7,000Pa. This is higher than the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra and Ecovacs Deebots T20 Omni. It can also remove pet hair, dirt particles and remove spills and dirt-stained spots.
The mops are also cleaned and dried inside the base station after each use. This is a fantastic feature since it prevents the build-up of mould and unpleasant odours in the storage area, and it also makes mop systems more efficient. This is a system we haven't yet seen on other robot vacuum and mop models, and it could be a useful method to keep your home clean for longer.
There's a plethora of options available, including the possibility to schedule cleaning appointments and alter a variety of preferences. The app lets you set these preferences or make use of the buttons on the device itself. The app is simple to use and has many options to customize your cleaning routine. It also has many features that aren't available on other robots, for instance the Clean Genius Mode, which automatically increases suction when it detects dust particles.
The L20 Ultra has a stylish design with a white-and-metallic finish that looks sophisticated and classy. It's a bit heavier at 4kg than the other robots listed on this list but it's not too heavy. It is solid and well-built. Mopping is also well-designed, and the double rotating mop works well on hard floors as well as in corners. They can even reach down to 2mm of baseboards due to the MopExtend feature which is a nice touch.
